About this Exploration: Dave's Pizza Oven is "HOT" and the product is amazing, by any standard. The atmosphere is well contrived and remarkably urban. Dave has been rolling out made-from-scratch pizza dough since 1984,and offering a noon pizza buffet has put him on the "pizza map". It is no surprise his business has grown every year since the grand opening.
In addition to being an artist with pizza, Dave is part photographer, part entrepreneur and part philosopher, a true renaissance man of the Gypsum Hills.
