 a square is Renee's Bakery, which has been run by the same family since the 1940s. The baker sleeps in the back room in order to get his doughnuts and rolls rising early in the morning, and anyone can tell it because of the freshness of the taste. The rolls and doughnuts melt in your mouth, and it's hard to stop with just one of anything you buy. Any special sweet dessert can be ordered in advanced for your party. The building that houses the bakery is one of the oldest on the square, and the original builders would be proud to know the bakers are equal to the days of old. They still carry on the tradition of old fashion cooking.This is a must stop for anyone who loves good pastries. In fact, folks drive from other communities just to buy the terribly popular frosted sugar cookies!
