I was born in the Russell County Hosp. in 1948. I left when I was about 5 0r 6, but as I'm doing today,I wish I could come back and see first hand how it's changed. I remember a very few places. My familys name are Pope (from Russell) and Dick (from Dorrance). Hopefully some day I'll get back there.
