Downtown Lincoln Avenue closes down September 29th this year to celebrate one of America’s best known fairy tales -- The Wizard of Oz. OZtoberFest activities include kids’ play area, Oz collectibles silent auction, Ruby Slipper Run, Yellow Brick Road bike ride, food and craft vendors, and activities for the entire family.
