Humboldt has many beautiful old homes, a 1930s arch bridge over the Neosho River, Civil War and veteran memorials, a water tower and band stand in the city square, historic early-20th century buildings around the square, a century old cement company and a newly-built amphitheater in the Neosho River Park.
We're a small town with a rich Civil War and baseball history and we're moving into the future with Wi-Fi in every park. Our schools were honored nationally for their technology curriculum.
Humboldt is located 8 miles south of U.S. 54 on U.S. 169.
