Enjoy an amazing  six-mile trail bike workout through the scenic sand hills and sage brush.  One mile of the ride takes you through the sand hills and is a fun trail bike workout. It circles around into the River Road.  Start this ride at Intersection of Highway 50/Coolidge Ave. and Main St.  Go South on Main St to Arkansas River. Cross the River bridge and continue south on paved road for 1 mile.  Turn left on Jeep trail across Sand Hills, a Kan/Co Hay Co sign is directly across from the turn. Go one mile through Sage Brush and Sandy Road and up and down a few hills (whew) and it joins the River Road.  Turn left on River Road and it loops back to Main St. at Arkansas River Bridge.
