About this Exploration: Open Monday-Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sunday 1-5 p.m. Free admission. The Museum is located within the historic "Dye" Building, built by Elmer Dye in 1905. There are two floors housing an assortment of exhibits and displaying unique items of historic importance to the Logan trade area. We also have a new addition at the rear of the Museum, housing antique automobiles and farming equipment. Dye Building Then and Now
This is one of our very unique pieces, located in the parlor on second floor. The second floor is now handicapped accessible by a new elevator. The second floor also houses exhibits in displays such as the parlor, the kitchen (with an assortment of antique cooking items), a country bedroom with a brass bed, marble top dresser, antique clothing and quilts. This floor also includes an exhibit of many of the items from the offices of various doctors and dentists within the Logan area. We are pleased to currently have on display antique automobiles from the collection of: Richard and Marcia Wiltfong of Norton, Kansas.
