Rick & Debbie's Cafe caters to the hard-working folks.  Their goal is to make sure you get plenty to eat. 

Every morning at 6 a.m., you'll find Rick busy cookin' up some biscuits and gravy and scrubbing potatoes to be freshly shredded for breakfast hash browns.  Breakfast is served daily 6 a.m.-2 p.m.

Not hungry for breakfast?  Rick and Debbie have a full short order menu, plus a daily home-cooked lunch special Monday through Friday.  On Sunday, a buffet is served at lunch complete with pan-fried chicken and all the fixings.

The cafe is located in the heart of Longton.  Old-timers say there has always been a cafe in this building as long as they can remember.  Rick's mother owned and operated the cafe when Rick was a child.  Rick's mother, Kay Claytor, still comes in at 6 a.m. every Sunday to cook up the Sunday dinner.  Not that Rick needs help.  Some say it's an Iron Chef battle between mother and son to see who is the better cook.

Rick and Debbie purchased the business in 2008 and moved their family to Longton to begin their new adventure in the cafe world.
