It started as a way to add a little income to help a growing family, and has grown into a lucrative business, Lori's Creative Cakes and Cookies.  Lori Cossou has been decorating cakes for 20 years.  From a self-taught mom in her home kitchen, Lori has become a person to deal with in the competitive world of sugar arts.

Kids pine for one of her specially designed cakes to celebrate their birthdays (perhaps a chocolate pirate or a coconut flip-flop) and the finest weddings feature her cakes, decorated with sugary lace, flowers and more. 

Taking her inspiration from dresses in old movies to the events of the season, Lori has won awards at national and international sugar arts conventions.  But, you can see her here.  Drop by for one of her famous decorated cookies, order a cake for your next party or just ogle her display of award winning creations.  She's friendly and always happy to welcome a new visitor!
