WPA Retaining Wall Project - locally known as "The Wall"
This stately Romanesque building is visible coming into Marysville from any direction.
A square of commercial & residential buildings built during the last half of the 19th century and early 1900's, and listed on the National and State Register of Historic Places. The entire block was given by the Koester Family to the City of Marysville in 1977.
Completed in 1876, this Victorian home is still luxuriously furnished with Koester belongings, including portraits, clothing, toys, books, furniture and household items.
